Social Impact Goals
Zarttalent by ISEF was initiated to address socio-economic issues of poverty and inequality across the world. This foundation was founded to empower underserved youths to access global IT opportunities right from their homes, while boosting their local economies. In doing this, we made sure our plans are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
We believe it is the right time for underdeveloped, underserved, and marginalised communities to sustainably and inclusively meet up with the rest of the world in terms of standards of living and economic opportunities. To do so, we have carefully chosen 8 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that are relevant to this foundation.
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. The body came up with 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), an urgent call for action by all countries either developed or developing in a global partnership. They noted that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
Should Zarttalent by ISEF achieve its set goals, it would significantly and sustainably contribute to solving 8 out of 17 SDGs of the United Nations. Through our innovations and design, we will address economic growth and development in the world.
