The Zarttalent by ISEF was founded in 2021 by Zarttech and it consists of Zarttalent Academy (ZTA), Zart Recruit and a future project expected to start in the year 2022, Zart Talent Entrepreneurial Hub (ZTEH). We aim to empower youths to seize global opportunities while boosting the local economy and educate more than 2,000 students in five years. The academy also plans to provide world-class education and training to students in small interactive groups. From highly experienced on-field Senior IT engineers to state-of-the-art classrooms, the Academy is all set to empower the youth to compete in the global IT market. Zart Entrepreneurial Hub is the home of the next generation of innovators, solution finders, disruptors, revolutionaries, and history makers. It is a Tech business incubator that aims to support local entrepreneurs to start, grow and scale their business to a world-class level. Identifying innovative and high valued ideas, we would support founders with the ideal workspace needed, furnished with reliable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power supply, we will ensure they can focus on perfecting their products.

Ilse Huiskes is passionate about the development of children. She holds an MSC degree in Educational and Pedagogical Sciences. Her experience spans hospitality, behavioural science and sustainable education. Huiskes is currently the secretary of the Zarttalent by ISEF and she is also a board member at Stichting International Sustainable Education Foundation (IISEF) where she works on social impact projects.
